Seemingly, it is the story that will never die. However, if the US Supreme Court decides not to intervene in the case of Donofrio vs Wells, then it will at least die a death in the courts. According to the Chicago Tribune, the nation’s highest court will decide today if it wants to take the most high profile of many lawsuits that state Barack Obama is not a natural born citizen. US Supreme Court will consider Friday whether to take up a lawsuit challenging President-elect Barack Obama’s US. citizenship – a continuation of Leo Donofrio’s case against New Jersey Secretary of State Nina Mitchell Wells. The Donofrio suit originally sought to stay the election until Barack Obama’s birth certificate could be reviewed & authenticated but some legal experts say the appeal has no chance of succeeding, despite appearing on the high court’s schedule.
