Deviled Eggs Recipes I

  • 6 hard-cooked eggs, peeled and cut lengthwise
  • ¼ cup Light Mayonnaise or Salad Dressing
  • ½ teaspoon dry ground mustard
  • ½ teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • Paprika for garnish

Remove the egg yolks to a small bowl & mash with a fork. Add mayonnaise, mustard powder, vinegar, salt, pepper & mix thoroughly. Fill the empty egg white shells with the mixture & sprinkle lightly with paprika. Cover lightly with plastic wrap and must refrigerate for up to 1 day before serving.

  • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard

Step by Step: How to Make Deviled Eggs:

  • Halve hard-cooked eggs lengthwise & remove the yolks.
  • Place yolks in a bowl and mash with a fork.
  • Add mayonnaise, mustard + vinegar. Mix well.
  • Season with salt & pepper.
  • Stuff egg white halves with yolk mixture, dividing yolk mixture evenly among the eggs.
  • Garnish with parsley or paprika.
