  1. having a memory card is key but it is limited to holding contacts that wont save to the phone itself. i still havent found a way to add music to it. and a new downfall that i just ran into is that each time i turn my phone on, the ringer settings are set back to default instead of my smoke on the water ringtone. and you cant change the message tone. this phone also likes to turn itself of and on when it wants to. sometimes durring calls it will drop whoever im speaking with and the make very loud “car alarm” like noises. dont buy this phone… yes its durrable but i hate it so much that i WANT to throw it at the wall…. maybe thats why is ruberized??

  2. had the same problem last night. you have to go into your contacts (after you put each freaking one in AGAIN) and make sure after you add them to your phone you go in and copy them to your SIM card. this should resolve the issue. after i added each one individually i discovered there IS an option to do many or all at once (options>Select multiple to>copy to sim card) it will temporarily not want to show you the phone book for a minute or so when you turn phone back on if you turn it off completely with the power button, but should come back up as long as you have them saved to the sim card. if it doesn’t come back up on its own, you can go into the phonebook options and ask to “view sim card” and they should come up that way.

had to figure it out myself because i just got on the same plan as my fiance’ and he is in texas while i’m in alabama, and the company did not give me access to the account the way he asked so the guy who answers troubleshooting says “omg, that’s not good” and proceeds to tell me he can’t do anything without the primary account holder or that if i got him to call and give me at least troubleshooting access they could then help me. i just wanted to reach through the phone and say “OMG, stop sounding so dam GAY”

  3. The phone looks cool but to me has not work fine Don’t know why the phonebook on two of this I purchase vanishes after a few days of addin contact information in the phone memory. Have not been able to resolve issue after 3 weeks
