		<description>Comcast claims these outages are down to &#039;10%&#039; with &#039;nodes&#039; scattered all around the houston/texas area still being down.  Customer service information in regards to these outages ad etas is sketchy at best.  Where-as by comparison, Centerpoint energy is down to 2% or customer w/o power.</description>
