The Knights of Rounds decimate their ranks, held back only by Li Xingke. Suzaku & Lelouch meet to discuss Nunnally. Schneizel & Lelouch have a private chat, and Lelouch is rescued by none other than Guildford, having used his Geass on Guilford beforehand to make him believe that he is Cornelia. After some initial animosity, Lelouch manages to win Suzaku over.
