C63 AMG - High Power from Mercedes-Benz
Mercedes’ C63 AMG makes 1st’ public debut at September’s Frankfurt motor show before launching in Europe in early 2008. C63 AMG, which is based on the all-new 2008 C-class, is designed with 6.2-liter monster and a V-8 masterpiece engine. With the new C63 AMG Mercedes is aiming to break the 400 bhp mark in a C-class and 443 pound-feet of torque. This C63 AMG makes the BMW M3 feel soft.
Pricing has not been announced, but we’ve been told the target is $63,000 when it goes on sale in the U.S. in April 2008. Each C63 AMG engine is engraved with the name of the technician who built it
