Promo movie of the SSC Ultimate Aero This is a clip of SSC Shelby Super Cars (American) supercar/hypercar Ultimate Aero TT top speed testing in May of 2007. SSC did transmission temperature tests during these runs for its 2008 Ultimate Aero twin-turbo models. These tests have proven to be successful, and managed to hit 241.4 mph at 71% throttle. Top Gear: SSC Ultimate Aero: Guinness World Record Run 256.18 mph (413.2 km/h). SSC will send an Ultimate Aero to Europe to test its true top speed on one of Germany s ultra-smooth test tracks, just like the Bugatti Veyron, Koenigsegg CCR, and McLaren F1. |
