		<description>deci undeva exista si &quot;interventia&quot; etilenei ;) ... &quot;toate fructele prea coapte degaja aceasta substanta&quot; sincer nu am intalnit acest miros niciodata la gutui, prune, corcoduse ... si am cules si una si alta mii si mii de kilograme, (am stat si stau la tara, am probabil peste 100 de pomi fructiferi) era imposibil sa nu simt acel miros.

&quot;transformarea amidonului in zaharuri&quot; ... oare cartoful + etilena prinde si el gust de acetona ? :D!</description>

		<description>In procesul de conservare a bananelor NU se foloseste etilena,deoarece aceasta substanta este un accelerator de coacere.Din contra,prin impachetarea bananelor in sac de nylon se incearca tocmai creearea unui atmosfere controlate,sarace in oxigen.Abia in momentul coacerii se practica orificii in acest sac,ptr ca etilena sa patrunda pana la fruct si sa porneasca coacerea,care de fapt,inseamna transformarea amidonului in zaharuri.Este posibil,ca in anumite situatii cand o banana este prea coapta sa degaje un miros de etilena,deoarece toate fructele prea coapte degaja aceasta substanta,binenteles insotita de acizii aromatici specifici fiecarui fruct.</description>
